This is a really yummy, healthy and quick lunch, it only takes a few minutes to throw together and even with canned crab it tastes nice and fresh because of the chilies and lime. If you can get fresh crab it is much better, but it's not always that easy to find if you don't have a good fishmongers to hand.
Mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil and caster sugar in a bowl, add in the crab meat and mix well. Chop the avocados, chilies and limes. Arrange the salad and add the avocado, crab an limes to the top. Garnish with chili and ginger. Job done!

- 200g crabmeat
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- sprinkle of caster sugar
- 2 whole red chilies, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- sushi ginger to garnish
- Mixed salad leaves, make sure to have some rocket in it, it goes great with crab
