These cakes are yummy!
These are the easiest, laziest brownies ever! If you need to throw together something sweet quickly these work great. This recipie makes about 18 cupcakes. You can make them using just Nutella, eggs and flour but this version is slightly enhanced ;) The more gooey you like your brownies the more eggs you want to use.
600ml Nutella
4/5 medium eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp golden syrup
100g SR flour
20g cocoa
Mix everything together in a big bowel with an electric whisk. Whisk for a few mins until everything is smooth. It's a pretty runny mix, it probably about half as thick as a normal cake batter.
Put mix into cupcake cases and bake at 180c for about 20 minutes. You want the top to be crispy but it still slightly squidgy in the middle.
Dust with icing sugar and they are good to go. Nice warm with ice cream!
